On BabyShops.de consumers quickly find products and services

Creative solutions help retailers to stay in contact with their customers. Now an initiative of the trade association BDKH (Association of the German Nursery Products Industry), B2C fair organizer BABYWELT and the Austrian media company FOKUS KIND Medien makes it even easier for customers to detect a wide product range for babies and children – despite temporarily closed shop doors in real life. A new online platform called www.BabyShops.de helps young families via postal code and different search criteria to quickly find what they need: the new pram, an online pregnancy class or a video chat with an expert to consult on the individual suitable safety car seat.
